Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

How is my item shipped?

  • Items are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx and you will receive a tracking number upon shipping.

How long does my item take to ship?

  • We try to ship items within 3-7 business days. It does normally take 3-10 days for items to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

  • At this time, we only ship within the Unites States.

What if I want to return my item?

  • You can return merchandise up to 14 days of the delivery date. We will not be able to accept returns after 14 days of delivery date.

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

  • Clearance and sale collections are not returnable

  • Custom orders are non-returnable i.e Jackets / Tanks / Shorts anything you can customize  

  • Products ordered during a sale will not be eligible for exchange due to the lowered price.
  • Please note - items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition.  Items returned with stains, holes, and/or deodorant stains will be unable to be returned.  Also, items with any strange odors will not be accepted for returns.

Can I exchange an item?

  • Yes, but we currently only offer exchanges for the exact same product in a different size

  • If your exchange is accepted you will be sent an invoice for shipping as we do not cover shipping on exchanges. Your order will not go out if the invoice is not paid.
  • Please make sure you have a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit 

What happens if my package was lost in transit?

  • We are not responsible for USPS misplacing a package.

I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?

    Where is the company located?

    • We are located in the middle of Missouri - right at the Lake of the Ozarks 

    When will my card be charged?

    • You will be charged upon check out

    When I place an item in my cart is it reserved for any period of time?

    • Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

    Can I send my order as a gift?

    • You can enter the gift recipients address as the shipping address when you place an order, but at this time we cannot include gift messages or the option to gift wrap. However, our packing slips do not show the cost of the products that were ordered.

    Do you have physical gift cards?

    • At this time, all of our gift cards are electronic and will be emailed to you after purchase. We hope to add physical gift cards to our store in the future, but at this time cannot offer them.

    How do I order a gift card?

    • Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

    Discount Codes

    Can I use multiple codes on the same order?

    • Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order.

    I used a discount code on a previous order and now it won’t work. What should I do?

    • All of our discount codes are one time use only. If you used this discount code on a previous order, you will not be able to use it again.

    Where can I find discount codes?

    • You can get discount codes by subscribing to our emails and can occasionally find codes on our social media pages.

    Product Care and Sizing 

    I love my new shirt! How Should I wash it?

    • Garment dyed shirts should be washed in cold water with mild soap. We recommend you wash your shirt separately for the first several items of washing. Pigment Dyed garments can potentially fade or bleed onto other articles of clothing. It is not advisable to use stain removers/sticks on pigment dyed garments; the color could potentially be removed.
